DEG - Yoon Hyun-Ki

A bit more ref and some slight redesign on Hyun-Ki, one of the characters that will appear in DEG. :> A DE-Gen that have shamanistic abilities and hailing from Korea and a long line of shamans. Took some time to redesign and work his abilities out, since he appeared absolutely to similar some characters. @-@

More will be revealed later on.
